A stylish room, with a lovely wooden balcony overlooking the street. Breakfasts were excellent - the Tarta de Queso was heavenly! I loved the architecture and the art works. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. When we made a late decision to hire a car, Lucia arranged it for us and I was grateful to be able to use the hotel's underground car parking space nearby, rather than trying to find somewhere to park on the street, which seemed impossible.

From the moment we arrived, staff were welcoming helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. A good shower with good water pressure. Rooftop terrace was very relaxing to sit with a coffee or a beer. Breakfast in a lovely setting that feels like a beautifully decorated and cosy cafe. Food was delicious, especially the pastries and sweet treats! Also, an actual barista coffee which is unique. You won't get better in terms of location. Located among all historic buildings, a short walk to shopping, restaurants and local buses if you want to visit places such as the aquarium or the beach

Beautiful room in an interesting, elegant and historic building, right in the heart of Vegueta, the oldest part of Las Palmas, and only a moment from the cathedral, Casa Colón and Plaza Santa Ana. The room was large, comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfasts were generous, delicious and offered a huge range of food. The range of excellent cakes tempted us back for afternoon coffee too. The staff were all lovely, friendly and very helpful.

The hotel really was a spectacle and the whole thing was crowned with stunning artwork and paintings. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. The only really minor shortcoming was breakfast, there was a huge choice but less traditional omelettes. The location of the hotel is perfect, just step outside and you are at the door of the first museum and a couple of minutes walk away is the cathedral with a stunning view from the hotel roof terrace. The shower and bed in the hotel room get a special mention. Parking in Las Palmas can be challenging, but the hotel's garage was a helpful solution, especially given the tight turns suitable for our medium-sized car. Maneuvering a larger vehicle on the serpentine roads or to garage would have been cumbersome.

Wonderful small suites hotel in the perfect location. Excellent breakfast, modern rooms, and the 2 rooftop rooms have a huge private terrace each which is perfectly equipped with 3 sets of different chairs / sunbeds and a very nice view on the old town / cathedral. It is very quiet at night, and air-conditio, WiFi and shower all very effective. The most outstanding is the small team who runs the place. It does not get any better in terms of customer dedication, with everyone going out of their way to please their guests. You ask something to one member of the team (even the night guard), the next day all of them will know it. Feels like being hosted in a family :-). Great place, will be back for sure.
